Our client, a full-service printing company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in Framingham!
Schedule: Full-time - 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $20–$23/hour (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers

Generate quotes and follow up with customers regarding quotes and orders

Assist with general office and administrative tasks

Provide friendly, professional customer support and help ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications and Experience of the Customer Service Representative:

Prior customer service or office experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask effectively

Basic computer skills; familiarity with email and office software

Motivated, willing to learn, and able to work well with others

Industry experience in printing, mailing, or embroidery is a plus, but not required
