What You'll Be Doing:
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Handle counter sales and walk-in customer support
- Provide basic product and availability information
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales paperwork
- Update customer records and order details
- Track orders and communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment
- Perform general sales administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and order follow-up
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, or administrative support
- Plant or nursery knowledge is a plus but not required
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
