Location: Chichester, NH
Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (up to 5:00pm during peak season)

Our client, a busy wholesale nursery in Chichester, NH, is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service / Inside Sales professional to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent hours and training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Enter and process customer orders accurately

• Assist customers in person and over the phone

• Handle counter sales and walk-in customer support

• Provide basic product and availability information

• Prepare quotes, invoices, and sales paperwork

• Update customer records and order details

• Track orders and communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment

• Perform general sales administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and order follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, or administrative support

• Plant or nursery knowledge is a plus but not required

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
