• Positive, outgoing personality in person and over the phone
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Solid work history

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative

• Consult with clients and prospects concerning project needs
• Develop customer relationships
• Promote proper products
• Obtain proof approvals
• Define projects and document requirements for a successful end result
• Communicate with customers through each step of the process
