An established contract warehousing operation in Decatur, IL is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This company provides logistics solutions to a client base serving customers throughout the Midwest.

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to enter data with accuracy
• Ability to multi-task in a busy shipping environment
• Shipping/Receiving experience would be preferred
• Previous telephone customer service experience would be a plus

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative

• Communicate with customers concerning new orders
• Communicate with customers concerning order status
• Communicate shipping schedules to customers
• Coordinate with production
• Expedite as needed
• Enter order and status data
