Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions within the database.
  • Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer inquiries are resolved effectively and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been adequately addressed and offer additional assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team structure.
