- Placing outbound calls to students utilizing a dialer system
- Confirming their last date of attendance
- Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving students, offering assistance and support to login and complete coursework.
- Call students to inform them about their graduation next steps
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the education site or using the products or services
- Review student accounts, providing updates and information regarding courses and finances
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
