Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a well‑established local company in Marysville, WA. Starting pay is $25-$30 per hour. This is a full‑time, permanent position on a day shift, working Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm.
The Customer Service Representative will deliver world‑class customer service while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive customer experience. Often serving as the first point of contact, the CSR provides professional, people‑focused support and maintains a strong people‑over‑profit mentality.
Duties include but are not limited to:
You must have six months of recent work experience and provide two work references we can contact to be eligible to work through our office.

The Customer Service Representative will deliver world‑class customer service while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive customer experience. Often serving as the first point of contact, the CSR provides professional, people‑focused support and maintains a strong people‑over‑profit mentality.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Facilitating inbound customer requests via phone and email
- Generating quotes for standard and wholesale goods
- Preparing and completing transactional paperwork
- Entering and updating data in the company ERP system (NetSuite)
- Processing repeat orders and transactions
- Providing post‑sale customer support
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- High level of organization with strong attention to detail
- 1-2 years of office customer service experience
- Proficiency in high school-level mathematics
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly detailed and process‑oriented
- Previous customer service or administrative support experience preferred
