Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish)

 

Location – Chicago, IL - Hybrid

Pay: $18.20 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time, 3–5 days per week, 4–5 hours per day (based on business needs)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM CST

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and exceptional customer service.
• Document customer interactions and process requests accurately.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex concerns when needed.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while meeting quality and productivity standards.

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
