A Vancouver, WA - based & nationally ranked company is seeking qualified individuals to join their customer service department for a 12-month contract.
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift
6am - 2:30pm
7am - 3:30pm
7:30am - 4:00pm
This is an IN PERSON opportunity. Remote/hybrid options not available. Training will be for 5-6 weeks from 7:30am - 4pm.

Job Duties:
- Learn about the products inside and out, and be able to help customers troubleshoot and order according to their specific needs
- Phone-based customer service / customer support
- Help answer questions, troubleshoot issues, place orders, search inventory for products, et
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly
- Intermediate computer/typing skills ( 60 WPM)
- Handle multiple chats at one time (20+ live chats a day)
- Driven, reliable, and looking to leverage your customer service, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills to grow with the team
- 1 year high volume call center experience
- 1-3 years customer service
- 1+ year live chat experience

- 1+ years call center experience (You know how to handle volume)
- 1+ years live chat platform experience (Digital communication pro)
