The Customer Relations Representative I serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming sales and service inquiries through phone, email, chat, customer portals, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate, timely information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Deliver professional, customer focused service while building positive relationships.
- Take ownership of customer requests from initial contact through resolution.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem solving.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting using available resources and support tools.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.
- Process sales and service requests while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members as needed.
- Complete administrative tasks and other duties assigned by management.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting performance and service expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with no related experience, an Associate degree with 2 to 3 years of related experience, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
