Responsibilities
- Perform CNC machine setups for production runs
- Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments when necessary
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Work independently while maintaining quality and production standards
Qualifications
- Strong CNC machining background required
- Setup experience required
- Basic programming experience preferred
- Experience with Fusion 360 or Mastercam is highly beneficial
- Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
- CNC mills and/or lathes
- Program editing and troubleshooting
- Precision measurement tools including calipers and micrometers
- Prototype or small-run machining experience
