What You'll Do:

• Perform MIG welding on tandem trailers to meet high-quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Ensure strong, precise welds for structural integrity
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of MIG welding experience
• Ability to pass a welding test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Three-day weekends!)
• $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience
