Data Entry Processor

Located in Framingham, MA

Our client, a specialty food distribution company, is looking for a Data Entry Processor to join their team!

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are critical. Experience in the food distribution industry is a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer orders into the system
• Prepare and issue vendor purchase orders
• Maintain and update product pricing to reflect current market and vendor costs
• Set up and maintain new product and customer accounts in the system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of data entry, order processing, or administrative experience (distribution or food industry preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/order entry systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams
