A parts distribution center/service center in Decatur, IL has an immediate need for a Catalog Data Entry Clerk. The company provides parts and service to the industrial floor scrubbing industry to customers throughout North America.

Qualifications for Inventory Catalog Data Entry Clerk

• Data entry and typing skills
• Understanding of Windows Explorer and managing files in directories
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Web savvy
• Experience with parts diagrams would be a plus
• A technical aptitude would be helpful

Responsibilities for Catalog Data Entry Clerk

• Data entry into database
• Photography of parts and machines for catalog and website
• Transfer and manage files to the proper network folders
• Load part numbers and diagrams into the system
• Assist in website content and demo videos
• Document key details of used equipment
