Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Die Corrector to support a local manufacturing team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining dies to ensure optimal production quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, and maintain stamping dies and tooling
• Troubleshoot die issues affecting quality, fit, or production output
• Perform adjustments, sharpening, and preventative maintenance on dies
• Work closely with press operators and tool & die team to correct defects
• Read and interpret blueprints and tooling schematics
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in die correction, tool & die, or metal stamping required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Knowledge of presses, die sets, and metal forming processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Schedule:

• Full-time | Shift varies based on client needs
