We are seeking a reliable and experienced Diesel Technician with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on semi-trucks and trailers. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess their own tools, and have strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, and electrical diagnostics. You must be comfortable using computer systems for diagnostics and repair documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, and electrical components
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on semi-trucks and trailers
• Use diagnostic tools and computer software to assess and resolve mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and DOT standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Diesel Technician
• Must have own tools
• Strong understanding of diesel engine systems, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
• Ability to operate and interpret diagnostic computer systems
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
