Qualifications:
- 5+ years in hospitality sales, business development, or event management
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel (approx. 30-40 days annually)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
