- Operate two-way radios and GPS trackers to guide drivers with updates and assignments.
- Make quick, accurate decisions to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor weather conditions and communicate closures or detours.
- Work closely with drivers and staff to maintain efficiency.
- Handle emergencies and unusual occurrences with confidence.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word) and GPS knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous dispatching or logistics experience preferred.
