Position Overview
We're seeking a reliable, organized Dispatcher to manage call intake and coordinate field operations for our busy elevator service team. You'll be the hub connecting our customers to our technicians, handling high-call volume while ensuring work orders are accurately logged, assigned, and tracked.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and screen incoming service calls from customers and building managers
• Log work orders into our system with complete details (location, issue type, priority, contact info)
• Notify field technicians of assigned jobs and provide necessary details
• Schedule service calls and appointments, optimizing technician routes and availability
• Respond to customer inquiries about appointment status and technician arrival times
• Track and follow up on open tickets and completed work
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and field staff

What We're Looking For

• Strong phone and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volume calmly
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with dispatch software or willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and availability for the schedule (specify shift hours if you have them)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
