- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Training required on 1st and/or 2nd shift prior to transition

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage inbound shipment scheduling
- Communicate with carriers via phone and email regarding availability, delays, and delivery updates
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using SAP or similar systems
- Count and verify product inventory for accuracy
- Assist in shipping department operations to ensure timely processing of orders
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting and communication
- Support team operations by multitasking across various shipping functions
- Operate (or learn to operate) a small forklift to assist with department needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a transportation, logistics, or shipping department preferred
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of dependability and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and operate a small forklift
