We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity at our Distribution Center in Sparks! If you have warehouse experience and are looking for a stable schedule with growth potential, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20.00/hour (temporary rate) with a raise upon hire
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Overtime: Up to 5 hours per week as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, stock, and ship orders using warehouse equipment and computer systems
• Operate equipment such as reach truck, order picker, and walkie rider
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety standards
• Maintain accurate distribution and receiving processes
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow company policies and work instructions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math, communication, and English skills
• Experience with warehouse systems (AS400 or similar preferred)
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs consistently
• Comfortable standing for long periods
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Previous material handling equipment experience preferred
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain/renew)

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
