Are you a seasoned leader in landscape operations ready to take the next step in your career? Our trusted and growing company - proudly serving Moses Lake for over 30 years - is hiring Manager-level professionals to lead our Spray Division and Irrigation Division.

💼 What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage spray or irrigation crews with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
• Train, mentor, and oversee technicians in daily operations
• Schedule jobs, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company and state standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve issues with professionalism
• Assist with equipment calibration, troubleshooting, and advanced technical support

🔍 What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in spray applications and/or irrigation system management
• Prior leadership or crew management experience required
• WA State Pesticide Applicator License (for Spray Manager) or strong irrigation/mechanical background (for Irrigation Manager)
• Dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
