We’re seeking a Drain Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for homeowners, diagnosing and clearing drain and sewer line issues, restoring flow, and guiding customers through next steps like camera inspections. What You’ll Do:

Keep safety first—for yourself, our equipment, and our customers’ homes.

Work independently on assignments and deliver results with confidence.

Clear drains, troubleshoot issues, and provide honest assessments of sewer systems.

Advise homeowners on long-term solutions and next steps for permanent repairs.

Keep job sites clean, organized, and efficient.

Collaborate closely with Camera Technicians, Dispatch, and Supervisors to create complete customer solutions.

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.

Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and teammates.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture.

Apply your knowledge of sewer systems, tools, and equipment to get the job done right.

Document your work accurately and clearly.

Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns promptly.
