Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Grain Elevator Worker to join a growing agricultural operation in Seneca. This position involves unloading and loading grain products, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting with daily grain handling operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an industrial agricultural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload and load grain products into and out of trucks.
- Assist with grain receiving and shipping operations.
- Sweep and clean work areas between truck loads.
- Monitor grain flow and report any issues to supervisors.
- Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the facility.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with additional general labor tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Comfortable working in dusty agricultural environments and varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Previous grain, agricultural, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
