Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload rail cars
- Open and close rail car hatches and doors
- Work on top of rail cars when necessary
- Perform general cleaning duties
- Pressure wash equipment and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with additional duties during harvest season as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Comfortable working at heights and on top of rail cars
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Able to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
