Job Duties:
- Manage and create activities for social media to ensure online traffic and sales
- Create promotional offers to review their performance ongoing
- Work with other departments on blogs, e-mails, and promotions
- Analyze traffic to various websites, company online stores, and marketing strategies overall
- Oversee online store and develop strategies to improve overall sales
- Direct activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure success of overall marketing strategies
- Continuous monitoring of sales goals and marketing effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role of E-Commerce
- Experience with marketing, and creating strategies for increasing sales
- Experience with Shopify, Shipstation, Accumatica, Google Facebook and Instagram helpful
- Strong overall computer skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments to optimize success
- Strong organizational and communication skills
