Global leader in the manufacturing and assembling of dental components, equipment, and tools. This Company is a market leader in their industry and because of their size and stature; they have multiple departments that typically need help on varying shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble subassemblies and final products, including valves, switches, hand and foot controls, and electrical components.
- Operate production equipment, power tools, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow work instructions to assemble, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair products as needed.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards throughout the assembly process.
- Learn to build complete products or product lines and provide guidance to less experienced assemblers when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Basic computer and math skills, including reading a ruler and working with fractions.
- Ability to identify color-coded tubing and electrical wiring.
- General assembly experience, manual dexterity, and proficiency using hand tools.
- Ability to interpret work instructions, bills of materials, production orders, and assembly drawings.
