About the Role

You'll shape standards, drive technical excellence, and support the development of advanced, first‑of‑kind systems used in mission‑critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Electrical Engineering Team
- Ensure electrical designs meet scope, safety, and technical requirements
- Serve as the technical authority for all electrical engineering work
- Oversee integration with Mechanical, IT, Human Factors, and Software Engineering
- Support development of engineering standards, templates, and modular design rules
- Review and guide complex or first‑of‑kind engineering solutions
- Validate manufacturability and ensure production‑ready designs
- Collaborate with Quality and Production to incorporate lessons learned
- Drive continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making
- Support resource planning, quarterly reviews, and roadmap execution
What You Bring
- 5-10+ years of manufacturing engineering leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related ABET‑accredited field
- Experience in automotive or trailer manufacturing preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and people‑development skills
- High emotional intelligence and a solution‑oriented mindset
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, ERP systems, and standard business tools

- Office and indoor manufacturing settings
- Safety glasses and closed‑toe shoes required on the production floor
