Daily core responsibilities also include greeting customers professionally at the front desk, providing clear information regarding program eligibility, and maintaining confidentiality with detailed records.

- Required 3+ years of consecutive office or administrative experience
- Required Demonstrated job stability and strong attendance history
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Required High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
