As an Employment Specialist with Express Employment Professionals, you'll play a vital role in connecting talented job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities. Your mission is to help people succeed, meet local business needs, and contribute to a team that changes lives every day.
What You'll Do:
• Interview and screen job applicants
• Match candidates with open positions and coordinate interviews
• Post and manage job listings on online platforms and social media
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Support internal processes such as onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups
What You Bring:
• High energy and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change
• Professionalism in person, over the phone, and via email
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and basic social media platforms
• High school diploma or GED required; four-year degree preferred
Sales, staffing, or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training for the right candidate.
