What You'll Do
- Fill 100% of qualified job orders with urgency
- Recruit, interview, and place associates across multiple industries
- Make 50+ weekly phone contacts and daily inside sales calls
- Turn every conversation into a recruiting or sales opportunity
- Support client relationships, visits, and quality check-ins
- Document activity and manage workflows in our system
What You Bring
- Strong phone, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Recruiting, staffing, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
- Grit, coachability, and comfort in a high-urgency environment
- Ability to juggle people, priorities, and details
