Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Candidate Management
- Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
- Conduct interviews, skills assessments, reference checks, and employment verifications.
- Match candidate qualifications, experience, and career goals with client staffing needs.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
Client Service & Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies.
- Understand client hiring needs, workplace culture, and job requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and facilitate successful placements.
- Conduct client follow-up calls, site visits, and service reviews.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new business.
Administrative & Compliance Duties
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in company databases.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and staffing procedures.
- Prepare employment documentation and onboarding materials.
- Track recruiting activities, placement metrics, and client interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, human resources, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

- Recruiting or staffing industry experience.
- B2B sales or account management experience.
