Compensation: $40-45K

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and match qualified candidates to client job openings across multiple industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and job fit
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within applicant tracking systems
• Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the assignment
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring goals and deliver excellent service
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Customer Service is required
• Previous experience in Inside / Outside Sales is required
• Previous experience in the Staffing Industry or Recruiting is a plus
• Computer Skills
• Problem Solving
• Fast-paced environment experience
