What You'll Do
- Answer phone calls and write professional emails to clients
- Provide timely order updates to clients and vendors
- Relay information from clients and new orders to the Owner
- Take and document new client orders accurately
- Promote company work on social media (LinkedIn) when tasks are complete
- Assist with general office and communication tasks
What You Need
- Any customer service experience (retail, food service, etc.)
- Strong communication skills-phone & email
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Team-player attitude with pride in your work
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable sitting, using a computer, and being on the phone for extended periods
