What You'll Do
- Lead and expand the estate planning practice

- Deliver high-quality estate planning services with a client-first approach
- Drive long-term growth and efficiency of the division
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years of estate planning experience
- Strong attention to detail and a high-performance work ethic
- A business-minded, entrepreneurial approach to practice growth
- Ability to build relationships and generate referral business
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and collaborate
