The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations for a high-volume Sports Bar & Grill in Natick, MA. Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, line execution, plating, and presentation
- Develop and maintain menu offerings that align with a Sports Bar & Grill concept, including specials and seasonal items
- Create and standardize recipes, portion controls, and food quality standards
- Train, lead, schedule, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure strong performance and team development
- Monitor food, labor, and inventory costs to maximize profitability and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Support game day promotions, special events, and high-volume service periods
- Foster a positive, high-energy, team-oriented kitchen culture
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of culinary management experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant, sports bar, or casual dining environment
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, inventory management, and food safety standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience with menu creation and executing popular, high-quality casual dining offerings
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and peak game-day/event hours as needed.
