Description: We are actively recruiting for Bilingual Receptionists for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Use high-level skills to perform administrative support functions.
- Possess the ability to multitask and complete deadlines on time.
- Supervise clerical staff.
- Assist leaders by coordinating office services such as personnel, travel arrangements, housekeeping, records control, and special management issues.
- Execute non-routine matters and special projects with minimal instructions.
- Develop, prepare, and manage agendas and reports.
- Coordinate teleconferences, presentations, and meetings.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with managers at all levels.
- Use advanced computer software skills and office filing systems
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office
- Previous Medical Receptionist experience
- High School Diploma/GED
Pay: $18.50
Schedule: M-T, 7am-6pm
