We are looking for a skilled and reliable Painter to join our construction team in the Columbia Basin area. This role involves interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, and general jobsite support. Pay Rage: $18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and/or commercial projects
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
• Apply paint, stain, or coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Follow project plans and colors specifications
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Assist with setup, cleanup, material handling on job sites
• Ensure work adheres to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Prior painting or construction experience preferred
• Ability to work at various heights and lift 50+ lbs
• Knowledge of surface prep, paint products and application techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in different weather conditions
