Experienced Forklift Operator

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations in a production-focused environment. This position requires operators who are confident handling high-stack storage, double forks, and wide pallet loads while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate understands that safe product movement and attention to detail are just as important as meeting production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Transport, store, and retrieve products from warehouse storage locations
• Perform high-stack forklift operations
• Handle wide pallet loads and double-fork configurations
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Follow all safety policies, operating procedures, and warehouse standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support daily production and shipping schedules while maintaining safety and accuracy

Qualifications

• Recent forklift operating experience required
• Experience with high stacking, double forks, and wide pallet loads strongly preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to safe forklift operation
• Ability to safely work around pedestrians, equipment, and warehouse traffic
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred

Shift A

• Sunday–Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Shift B

• Sunday–Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Shift C

• Thursday–Saturday: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Shift D

• Thursday–Saturday: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
• Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM
