What You'll Do
- Oversee daily production and assist associates with hands-on support
- Provide positive guidance and maintain a visible presence on the floor
- Ensure associates receive proper training for all processes
- Set up and tear down production processes as required
- Monitor compliance with rules, procedures, and codes of conduct
- Ensure proper care, notification, and documentation for all incidents or accidents
- Enforce housekeeping and workplace safety standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with TS and ISO requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a production or industrial environment
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to work any day of the week, including mandatory weekends and required end-of-shift overtime

- 1st Shift: 06:45 AM - 02:45 PM | Earn up to $21.60/hr
- 2nd Shift: 02:45 PM - 10:45 PM | Earn up to $22.67/hr
