Solve the Problem and Take Care of the Resident
A fast-paced property management team is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to complete service requests across residential and campus-area student housing. This role requires broad repair ability, good judgment, and professional communication with residents.
You will work independently throughout the day while remaining connected to a close-knit maintenance team. This is not an entry-level helper position.
What You'll Do
Required Experience
Candidates do not need to be experts in every trade, but they must bring enough hands-on experience to independently complete common property-maintenance work.
Customer Service Matters
This position regularly enters occupied homes and student apartments. The right person will communicate respectfully, explain repairs clearly, protect residents' belongings, and leave the work area clean.
