Hours: M-F 6am - 2:30pm

Skills:
Design jigs and templates as work aids in the fabrication of tools.
Measuring and marking metal stock for machining.
Setting up and operating machine tools such as drills, lathes, grinders, and milling machines.
Cutting and shaping blocks to specified dimensions.
Filling, grinding, and shimming metals to ensure a smooth finish.

Inspecting finished dies and form tools for defects, smoothness, and contour deformities.
In-depth knowledge of machine tools and their uses.
Excellent attention to detail.
Advanced troubleshooting skills.
Sets up and run CNC machining centers.
Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be required to interpret designs, cut and shape tools and dies and assemble the completed parts. Read and interpret blueprints, design schematics, and CAD drawings. Visualizing and computing metal shapes and tolerances.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Arrow Space, Fabricating
Language Skills: Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.
