Farm Laborer / Equipment Operator / Driver
Location: Hartline, WA
Wage: $18-$19/hr DOE
Schedule: 6 days/week, considerable overtime available
Join a hardworking agricultural team in Hartline! We're looking for a versatile Farm Laborer and Equipment Operator to support daily operations during the hay and harvest season (July through Late November). Great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, outdoor environments, and working with well-maintained farm machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily equipment checks (oil, fuel, basic maintenance) and Notify supervisors of any equipment issues or defects
• Operate various farm equipment including tractors, balers, stackers, loaders, and delivery trucks with attention to safety and efficiency
• Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (more with help)
• General farm labor as needed
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in farming or operating agricultural machinery
• Able to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions
• Mechanically inclined with basic maintenance knowledge
• Safety-minded and reliable
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license
