What You'll Do
- Support daily back‑office operations related to deposit accounts
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions and account maintenance
- Maintain data integrity while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards
- Assist with research, problem resolution, and account reconciliation
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflow
What Success Looks Like
- High accuracy in processing and documentation
- Strong understanding of banking systems and deposit operations
- Consistent adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Effective communication and dependable follow‑through
Skills & Experience Needed
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational habits
- Experience in deposit operations strongly preferred
- At least one year of internal banking experience preferred
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stoop, kneel, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasional lifting or moving of up to 30 lbs

- Standard office equipment including computers, phones, and related systems
