Schedule & Compensation
- Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annual salary
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Scheduling & Time Management: Manage daily appointments and tasks efficiently.
- Inventory & Tools: Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Reporting & Records: Document install jobs and customer interactions accurately.
Requirements
- Experience: Fireplace/ stove installation experience required.
- Plus: HVAC experience is beneficial.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and pressure gauges.
- Qualifications: Valid driver's license, high school diploma, and mechanical aptitude (e.g., ability to change oil).
- Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, responsible, and stable work history.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission: Eligible after staffing contract complete based on performance and growth.
