What You'll Be Doing
- Set Up & Operate Presses - Mount plates and cylinders, adjust press speeds, and monitor quality
- Follow Job Specifications - Read and apply instructions from job production orders
- Precision Cutting & Measuring - Cut sheets as needed and use measuring instruments accurately
- Maintain Quality & Efficiency - Ensure high-quality print production and troubleshoot issues
- Keep Work Area Organized - Maintain a clean and safe workspace
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 Years of Flexo Press Experience - MUST have experience with Comco, Mark Andy, or Nilpeter presses
- Technical Skills - Strong math, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities
- Physical Stamina - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and lift repetitively
- Attention to Detail - Ensure precision in every print job
