Key Responsibilities:
- Receive deliveries and properly store food and supply orders
- Complete and maintain required receiving and temperature documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coolers, freezers, and storerooms
- Perform light food preparation
- Defrost frozen foods according to menu needs
- Assist with cleaning projects throughout the kitchen and storage areas
- Support food setup and service at counters and steam tables
- Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and service areas
