What You Will Do

• Powered Equipment Operation: Drive forklifts safely to load, unload, transfer, and stage materials throughout the warehouse and dock areas.

• Heavy Material Handling: Run overhead cranes, track mobiles, and specialized industrial equipment to move heavy stock and position rail cars safely.

• Inventory Control & Stacking: Securely stack, block, and organize incoming and outgoing goods to prevent damage and eliminate hazards.

• RF Scanning & Documentation: Utilize handheld RF scanners to record inventory movements and accurately process shipping/receiving logs.

• Site Upkeep & Safety: Keep work areas clean and orderly while upholding all workplace safety and compliance protocols.

What You Need

• Forklift Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on forklift operation in a distribution, warehouse, or industrial setup required.

• Specialized Tools: Prior exposure to RF scanners, overhead cranes, or track mobiles is highly desirable.

• Industrial Background: Background in metal processing, logistics, heavy warehousing, or industrial transit is a strong advantage.

• Focus & Safety: Sharp eye for detail, knowledge of safe stacking procedures, and an unwavering commitment to site safety.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to O'Fallon, MO 63366.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
