Job Duties:
- Operate electric forklifts to safely move raw materials and finished plastic products throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper stacking, labeling, and secure placement of pallets
- Supply production lines with needed materials such as resin, packaging, and components
- Transport completed products from manufacturing areas to storage or shipping zones
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report mechanical or safety issues
- Maintain accurate inventory through scanning, tracking, and assisting with cycle counts
- Organize warehouse space using FIFO methods to ensure proper stock rotation
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines while working in tight or high-traffic areas
- Charge and maintain forklift batteries, including safe handling during charging procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties such as cleanup, staging orders, and supporting shipping/receiving operations
